Program Details

This 180 ECTS program bridges the gap between theoretical management and
high-stakes technical expertise. Over six semesters, you will move from foundational business principles to
advanced simulations of international legal disputes, tax restructuring, and corporate governance.
● Year 1: Foundations. Master the core languages of business: accounting, microeconomics, and the
foundations of international legal frameworks and tax policy.
● Year 2: Complexity. Dive deep into international contract law, regulatory environments, and corporate
tax strategy. This year culminates in a simulation where you will lead a team through a high-pressure
regulatory disruption or international trade conflict.
● Year 3: Strategy & Mastery. Explore the cutting edge of Tax Tech, international dispute resolution,
and trade compliance.
● Capstone: The program concludes with a 10 ECTS Capstone Project, an independent piece of
professional research addressing a real-world global legal, financial, or fiscal challenge.
